Restaurant Marketing

I’m Dan Chan, Master Magician, a foodie, magician and owner of BayAreaDinnerShow.com. About 20 years ago, I worked at Red Lobster, Pasta Pamadero, and La Pinata as the “house magician.” I’ve staged at many restaurants, and I also bring magicians into restaurants. Not only do we entertain your patrons, we also entertain your staff. This is my way of giving back to an industry that I love.

Here’s how it works.

1.) Meet – We come into the restaurant and entertain your staff before or after a family meal or line up. Sometimes we stay that day and do a little extra right when you open. Just so you see us in action. If you like what you see. On that same day, we discuss a day we can come in for your guests. You provide a meal on the date of the family meal will suffice, and credit for the entertainer to come back on another day usually

Promote it on your social channels, and of course, the magician will do so as well.

I also train magicians and waitstaff in many restaurants so you can have magic at your restaurant daily!

More about me. I’ve worked in the kitchens of Petit Crenn, Lazy Bear, COI, Californios, and even European restaurants.

Why am I doing this? To give back…  It is more blessed to give than to receive. My friend Chad taught me this amazing formula – Give, give, ask – and I’m putting it into action.

What’s my ask? I’m asking if you have a private room in your restaurant to consider partnering with me and my team. Let’s work together to delight your guests.

I’m determined to merge my passion for fine dining and performance, combining my expertise in magic and illusion and creating a unique vision. This vision will be a one-of-a-kind experience, including a secret entrance & Food Illusions. We will leverage these unique selling points to have journalists feature us in significant publications. This will also allow us to draw customers, those who appreciate exceptional dining and world-class entertainment, from around the globe.
